Old Desert Farm

Herb & Spice is incredibly proud to source our produce from local suppliers whenever possible. In this spirit our owners, Jerome and Jacques, founded Old Desert Farm, a fully self-sustained greenhouse in Kazabzua, QC. With an emphasis on sustainability, Old Desert Farm is able to provide our store with natural foods from just outside of Ottawa!

Zero Waste Goal

We view healthy living with a holistic approach. This extends from our local producers to how you the home your goods. With this in mind, we strive to remove as much packaging as possible. To achieve this, wherever possible we offer bulk shopping allowing you to use reusable containers and minimize your waste.

Our Main Street

Herb & Spice is proud to be a part of My Main Street! My Main Street is a Government of Canada investment through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) to foster the stabilization and revitalization of main streets across southern Ontario.

Through this initiative, we were able to revamp our grocery store with a face lift to make it easier than ever to shop our organic staples!
